Each Sugar Skull measures 3.5 in. W × 3.75 in. L × 4.25 in. H and weighs approximately 1 lb.
Can I eat my Sugar Skull?
Please don’t. Yes, it is made of sugar; however, the skulls are meant to be decorations and were not made in a food-safe facility. Do not eat them.

How do I decorate my Sugar Skull?
Sugar Skulls are typically decorated using colored icing. Here’s a quick recipe for royal icing:
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ tsp. meringue powder
- 1 tsp. water
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Slowly add the water to create a thick frosting. For a runnier frosting, add more water ½ tsp. at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Add food coloring, transfer to a piping bag, and get decorating.
Tubes of pre-made icing are also available at local grocery or craft stores if you do not have the time or space to make your own. Royal icing is not the only way to adorn your Sugar Skull: use markers, paints, inks, or glue on feathers, beads, glitter, or flowers. There is no wrong way.
Let your imagination run wild, but remember: do not decorate your Sugar Skull only to look good. Decorate it so that it reminds you of your loved ones—make it memorable.

Because the Sugar Skulls are made by hand, please expect a 3–5-day processing period between the order date and the shipping date.

My Sugar Skull arrived damaged. What now?
Heaven forbid this happens to you. We take many precautions to ensure that our goods arrive intact. However, if your Sugar Skull arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged item, your receipt, and your tracking number to loscalaveros@gmail.com to seek reimbursement.
